Bob Patison has been the number two executive behind Forrest Lucas in the rapidly expanding Lucas Oil empire for the past 18 years. In addition to being President of MAVTV and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Lucas Oil Products, Inc, he oversees both MAVTV and Lucas Oil’s ever-burgeoning interests and investments in motorsports and television production. Today Lucas Oil Products is a lubricant power-house marketing two hundred and fifty premium oil products in twenty six countries and producing more than three hundred hours of television for CBS, CBS Sports, NBC, NBC Sports, FUEL and MAVTV through its Lucas Oil Production Studios.

Ed Niemi, Vice President of Distribution at MAVTV American Real, served for the past seven years as the VP of Affiliate Relations & Distribution for SportsTime Ohio (STO) - the TV home of the Cleveland Indians. Niemi was instrumental in growing STO into a fully fledged 24/7 Regional Sports Network (RSN). He will be responsible for all aspects of the Affiliate Sales Department including negotiating distribution contracts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with MAVTV's cable and satellite affiliates.

Mark Mitchell, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, is an experienced media professional with deep industry connections and over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development across all forms of motorsports media from print to internet to television. He comes to MAVTV after spending the past 14 years with SPEED/FOX Sports Media Group where he specialized in developing integrated solutions for partners and sponsors across multiple platforms and screens.

Michael T. Trujillo
Michael Trujillo brings to MAVTV nearly 25 years of experience in the Media, Entertainment and Aerospace industries. He has held key senior management positions in business, finance, operations and contract negotiations. Prior to MAVTV, he spent nearly seven years at Dish where he was most recently the General Manager of Dish Multi Cultural Programming responsible for Hispanic and African American market strategy and new channel acquisitions.

Tim Tlusty, Vice President Network Alliances, brings over 20 years of sports marketing, sales, and promotional expertise to MAVTV which he joined in October of 2013. Based in Chicago, Tim spent over 11 years with ESPN and played a critical role within its sales and marketing team as the company launched ESPN2, ESPNEWS, ESPN Deportes, and the acquisition of ESPN Classic. Over the past 9 years Tim was Senior Vice President of Client Solutions with IEG, the worlds foremost leader of sponsorship, and helped develop strategic review and solutions for leading brands sponsorship and promotional platforms.
Marc Hirsch joined MAVTV in July of 2011 after nearly 20 years of managing, selling and consulting in the media landscape. Before joining MAVTV, Hirsch spent the better part of the last 4 years as an independent media consultant focusing in the broadcast and digital space. Marc has served as VP, National Sales Manager for interCLICK Ad Network helping them grow from a start up to the first top ten transparent US Digital Ad Network.
MAVTV has proven to be a perfect fit for Jason Patison, who really enjoys the challenge of rebranding the network in attempt to expand distribution and viewership. MAVTV’s new offering showcases motorsports, automotive reality, MMA, adventure and more! Patison’s background puts him in a unique position to relate to MAVTV’s audience, targeting men and their families living an active American lifestyle in an untypical fashion.
Steve Grein brings to MAVTV more than 18 years of production experience in Motorsports, Reality, Lifestyle, and Docudrama programming including many for Lucas Oil Studios. In his former role as President and Executive Producer of Chicago based NeWave Media Productions, Inc, Steve has produced more than 1500 nationally televised shows since 2002. At MAVTV, he performs dual roles as Executive Producer combined with assisting Bob Patison in the daily operations of the network. He is most proud, however, of his wife and 3 kids that made the move from Chicago, IL to Corona, CA to support his dream of making MAVTV American Real a network powerhouse.

Stuart Rowlands clients have included the Nobel Peace Institute, IMG, the Nobel Peace Prize and Concert, Ali-Frazier, the Quebec Tourist Board, the Government of Ghana, Island Records and Honda's international motorcycle racing program. He is a former rock concert publicist who lists some of the bigger riots to his credit and has worked in 18 countries.
