Today Lucas Oil Products is a lubricant power-house marketing two hundred and fifty premium oil products in twenty six countries and producing more than three hundred hours of television for CBS, CBS Sports, NBC, NBC Sports, SPEED, FUEL and MAVTV through its Lucas Oil Production Studios.
Charles Theiss brings to MAVTV more than thirty years of professional experience working in key senior executive management positions with well known legacy and digital media brands. He is a Digital pioneer having spent the last twelve years focused in the Interactive Media space. He recently developed and implemented business development and advertising sales strategies as an advisor for a variety of media brands, digital platforms and technology companies including Fox Interactive, CBS Television Station Group, OK Magazine, Canvas Technology, The College Board, Digital Aisle, Native Access, V-Me Television, Real Savvy Moms, and others.

Michael T. Trujillo
Michael Trujillo brings to MAVTV nearly 25 years of experience in the Media, Entertainment and Aerospace industries. He has held key senior management positions in business, finance, operations and contract negotiations. Prior to MAVTV, he spent nearly seven years at Dish where he was most recently the General Manager of Dish Multi Cultural Programming responsible for Hispanic and African American market strategy and new channel acquisitions.
Marc Hirsch joined MAVTV in July of 2011 after nearly 20 years of managing, selling and consulting in the media landscape. Before joining MAVTV, Hirsch spent the better part of the last 4 years as an independent media consultant focusing in the broadcast and digital space. Marc has served as VP, National Sales Manager for interCLICK Ad Network helping them grow from a start up to the first top ten transparent US Digital Ad Network.
MAVTV has proven to be a perfect fit for Jason Patison, who really enjoys the challenge of rebranding the network in attempt to appeal to a wider demographic and move away from the male dominated viewership of the past. MAVTV’s new offering runs the gamut of movies, action, and variety that encompasses travel, reality, knuckle-biting sports, comedy, concerts, and much more. Patison’s background puts him in a unique position to relate to MAVTV’s audience targeting men and their families living an active American lifestyle in an untypical fashion.
