MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Dec. 15, 2017) — MAVTV, available in more than 30 million households in the U.S., has renewed SPEED SPORT’s multi-award winning program “Suzuki Presents SPEED SPORT” for 2018. Twenty-six new episodes are on the docket, with the possibility for more.
SPEED SPORT, America’s Motorsports Authority since 1934, produces a broad portfolio of motorsport media content, including its authoritative monthly magazine SPEED SPORT Magazine, its motorsports news website SPEEDSPORT.com, the popular “SPEED SPORT News Center” and “Short Track Roundup” digital news programs — and award-winning television productions including “Suzuki Presents SPEED SPORT.”
The 2018 television lineup includes some of the biggest short-track events of the year on dirt and pavement, including the 70th running of the Little 500 from Indiana’s Anderson Speedway, the 47th DIRTcar Nationals from Florida’s Volusia Speedway Park, the Hall of Fame 100 from Weedsport (N .Y.) Speedway, and the 62nd International Classic 200 and 47th Super DIRT Week from the New York’s Oswego Speedway.
In addition, “Suzuki Presents SPEED SPORT” will showcase winged sprint cars from Must See Racing and the Empire Super Sprints, as well as DIRTcar Late Models, DIRTcar UMP Modifieds, Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modifieds, Novelis Supermodifieds and the fast-paced and always-entertaining winged karts from the Red Bluff Outlaws in Red Bluff, Calif.
